- For Black Card member, the transaction that has enjoyed the 3% discount on the 10th and 20th cannot be rewarded with the HK$12 Citilife cash coupon.
- Members are required to present Henderson Club membership card (printed cards or mobile app e-cards, including Henderson Club Black Card and Emerald Card) or "BOC Henderson Club Visa Card" ("BOC Henderson Club Visa Signature Card" or "BOC Henderson Club Visa Platinum Card") before enjoying the offer.
- Offer is only applicable for payment at Citistore /Citilife cashier (not acceptable for cashier at counter & self-checkout cashier).
- Offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift certificate and coupon/gifts.

- HK$12 Citilife cash coupon:
- - The HK$12 Citilife cash coupon will be printed along with the receipt, by presenting the receipt along with the HK$12 coupon, it can be used upon purchase of HK$12 or above at Citilife. Members must present the Henderson Club membership card (printed cards or mobile app e-cards) in order to use the coupon.
- - The HK$12 Citilife cash coupon is valid within 30 days from the purchase date, invalid when expired.
- - Members must present the entire receipt and the HK$12 coupon at Citilife cashier before payment, and only applicable for cashier at Citilife (not acceptable at self-checkout cashier).
- - Cash coupon can only be used once, any expired, counterfeit, copied, revised, screencap or reuse of the coupon is not acceptable. Non-replaceable in case of a loss or damaged.
- - Cash Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons & discount offers. It is not eligible to earn CU APP reward points.
- - The face value of the cash coupon is not eligible to earn CU APP reward points.
- - The HK$12 cash coupon will be collected by Citilife after being used.
